Winter Treat™

System heating boilers can be troubled with water related problems such as scale formation, sludge and corrosion, which in turn can lead to other troublesome situations like foaming surging. Proper treatment with a product like Winter-Treat can prevent these problems, enabling the steam boiler to perform at its designed capacity. Winter-Treat will buffer and balance water conditions, preventing both scale corrosion while keeping the boiler free of sludge. Winter-treat is a true multipurpose treatment.

Closed systems such as hot water heating boiler and even closed chilled water systems are easily plagued with corrosion problems in the absence of treatment. Winter-Treat contains all the necessary ingredients to buffer the water's pH and balance, passivating the metal surfaces and inhibiting corrosion.

In addition to all its preventative abilities, Winter-Treat also cleans boilers that are already fouled with deposits and corrosion.

Application

Add one quart of Winter-Treat for every 25 gallons of water and let it circulate through the system for 1-3 hours. Drain, flush and treat the system with one quart for every 25 gallons.
