Two Cartridges to Mix and Match

Both Krystal Guard cartridges contain gradient depth carbon block technology that provides for maximum dirt holding capacity and particulate reduction to 1/2 micron.

For applications seeking Taste Odor & Particulate Reduction (TOP) use cartridge #4611-00. This cartridge contains a modified carbon block for the reduction of objectionable tastes and odors and cyst reduction in the water supply to Ice makers, Coffee urns, post mix machines and commercial beverage machines. Its service life is 21,000 gallons for chlorine, taste and odor removal.

For applications seeking Scale, Taste Odor & Particulate Reduction (STOP) use cartridge #4611-01. This cartridge contains 6R Micromet a food-grade hexamtaphosphate fro preventing lime scale and a modified carbon block for the reduction of objectionable tastes and odors, and cyst reduction in water supply to: Ice makers, coffee urns and commercial beverage machines. It will treat Ice makers up to 900 lbs. of ice per day per cartridge. On cartridge has a service life of 21,000 gallons for chlorine, taste and odor removal and a flow rate of 1.75 GPM.
